Whether you're setting up your first lash room or restocking a busy salon, it helps to have one list of everything a lash tech needs. Here are the lash tech supplies we'd put in every kit, grouped by job, with links to what we stock.
1. Lash extensions
- Classic lashes for one-to-one sets, such as Divine Silk Classic or Intense Silk Classic.
- Volume lashes for hand-made fans, such as Divine Silk Volume or Intense Silk Volume.
- A few mixed trays in your most-used curls (C, CC and D), so you're not opening single-length trays for every set.
- Specialist curls such as L, M and U for lifted, open-eye looks, and flat and ellipse lashes for a bold look with less weight.
2. Glue and liquids

3. Glue care
- A glue shaker, because unshaken glue means weak bonds.
- An airtight adhesive container to keep opened glue fresh.
- A digital hygrometer to check the humidity in your room.
- Spare nozzles for when the tip clogs.
4. Tweezers
- One isolation tweezer with a straight, fine tip, such as Idol or Pointy.

- A spare of each, so you can sterilise between clients.
5. Prep and isolation
- Eye pads to hold the lower lashes down.
- Tape such as 3M Microfoam or Nichiban Flexi-Tape.
- Cleansing brushes and a lash cleansing kit to clean lashes before every set.
- Disposable mascara brushes for brushing through.
6. Tools and workstation
- A tweezer stand or magnetic tweezer case.
- A lash mirror to check your work and show clients.
- A nano mister.
7. Hygiene
- A way to sterilise tools, such as the 59S UVC LED wand.
- Disposable face masks and aprons.
8. Practice
- Training lashes and a practice head for new techniques.
