Sylvia
Sylvia was a working lash artist long before she was anyone's supplier. Tired of products she couldn't rely on, she made her own in 2014. She still tests everything herself before it goes out the door, and she's on the monthly live with the Circle.
Anya
Anya looks after the Circle day to day. She reads every single application herself, she's the first person you'll hear from, and she's in the group most days. Nothing is too small to message her about. That is genuinely what she's there for.

£40 a post, from the first one
You've built an audience that trusts you. We'd much rather earn a place in that than buy one.
Show our products the way you'd show anything you actually use: GRWMs, unboxings, sets in progress, the honest bits too. Your voice, your style. We are never going to hand you a script.
£40 of product credit, per post
Paid whether or not anybody buys a thing. It arrives as a gift card you can spend on anything in the shop, including sale items, and it doesn't expire. There's no monthly minimum and nothing happens if you have a quiet month.
25% off, always
A flat 25% off everything we sell, with no minimum and no expiry, for your own kit. No conditions attached to it and nothing you have to do to keep it. Restock for the price of a decent lunch out.
Your own code, and 5% when you bring someone new
Your name, your code. Your clients and followers get 10% off their order plus a free gift when they spend over £40, so it's a lovely thing to hand out rather than a favour you're asking. One use each, because it's there to reach new people rather than be a standing discount.
When someone who has never ordered from Lash Heaven before buys through your code, you earn 5% of what they spend as credit. Be honest with yourself about this one: it's a bonus, not the main event. The £40 a post is the part you can count on.
You'll never start from a blank page
Every ambassador has told us the same thing, that the content is the hard part. So on the 1st of each month we send you one specific thing to make, based on what you actually buy from us. Not a content calendar. One line. Ignore it and post something else and it still counts.

- You tag @lashheaven in the post itself, not only in a story
- You name the actual product in the caption or your own first comment
- It's your own work, shot by you
- #ad or gifted on it, because you're being paid in product
Tag whoever else you like. We are not asking anyone to be exclusive, and plenty of our ambassadors use other brands. We just can't pay £40 for a mention. Reposts of our content are always welcome and we're grateful for them, they're simply not what this budget is for. And if life gets in the way, tell Anya and the month doesn't count.
Never a minimum spend
No membership fee, no monthly licence, and no spend floor. Your discount, your per-post credit and your commission are yours from the day you join, whether you order every week or not at all.
The Educator Track

Your students, looked after
You're teaching the next generation of lash artists. We'd love them to start on kit that won't let them down.
When someone learns on Lash Heaven, they tend to stay on Lash Heaven. That's why this track works differently to the rest of the Circle. We ask less of you on content, and give back more on what your students buy.
Your students keep their discount for good
Your code gives them 10% off plus a free gift over £40, and it doesn't expire when the course does. They'll still be using it two years later, restocking between clients, and every one of those orders still comes back to you. Plenty of supplier codes stop working after the first order. Yours keeps going.
10% back on student kits
Every student kit order over £100 placed through your code earns you 10% as credit. Everything else earns 5%.
25% off, always
A flat 25% off everything, on every order, with no minimum. That includes student kits, so your course margin improves the day you join.

A reply, same day
Every post you tag us in gets a reply from us the same working day, and every one that meets the spec gets reshared to our story. If we miss one, nudge us. We mean it.
Your reviews matter
If you've a spare two minutes, review the products you actually use on our site. Honestly, including when something hasn't worked. Mention you're in Lash Circle when you do. A review from a working lash tech is worth more than anything we could write ourselves.

A box on the doorstep
On your first order over £50, your welcome PR box turns up in the post: your first piece of content, sorted.

Say it's an ad
#ad or #gifted on every paid Lash Heaven post. Because you're paid in product, it's UK law under the ASA, and it protects your account every bit as much as it protects ours.
Only post what you rate
If a product doesn't work for you, tell us instead of posting about it. We'd far rather fix it than have you recommend something you don't believe in.
Be kind
No comparison, no picking each other apart. This is a supportive space and we look after it carefully.
Keep us in the loop
If something changes, or you're on maternity leave, unwell, or just having a hard few months, say. We'll mark you as on a break. You keep your discount, you get no asks from us, and there's nothing to catch up on.

No, and there won't be. Your discount, your per-post credit and your commission are live from the day you join, whether you order every week or not at all.
No. We'd far rather have someone with 400 followers who genuinely loves the glue than someone with 40,000 who has never opened a bottle. Anya reads every application properly and looks at the work, not the follower count.

You don't claim anything. Tag us and we'll find it. On the last working day of the month we total up your posts and your commission, and your gift card arrives by email within five working days with a note of what it covers. If you think we've missed something, send us the link.
They're always welcome and we're glad of them, but they don't earn the £40. Your audience follows you for your own work, and that's what the budget is for.
That's completely fine and we're not asking anyone to be exclusive. The £40 is for a post that's about one of our products rather than a mention in a list of credits, that's the only distinction.

Not together, and it's worth knowing so nobody thinks the code is broken. Our glue and tray multibuys are automatic, and Shopify won't let a code sit on top of an automatic discount. On a multibuy basket the multibuy pricing comes off first.
Then you don't post. Nothing happens. Tell Anya if something's going on and we'll mark you as on a break, but there's no catching up to do either way.
Yes, and plenty are. Running training and posting content tend to go hand in hand.
The Ambassador track is UK-only for now, since that's where nearly all our customers are. Educators anywhere are welcome to apply. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
