About Lash Heaven
Lash Heaven is a luxury lash supply brand established in 2015. We supply professional lash artists across the UK with premium products and are known for our quality, customer service, and strong reputation within the industry.
We are a small but ambitious business where every team member plays an important role. We manage our own fulfilment, customer service, content creation, and marketing in-house, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of a growing eCommerce brand.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and become a valued part of a close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative person to support the day-to-day running of Lash Heaven.
This is a varied role that combines content creation, social media, customer service, eCommerce support, AI tools, and light warehouse fulfilment.
One day you might be planning content, filming reels, scheduling social media posts, or using AI tools to create marketing content. Another day you could be responding to customers, updating Shopify, or dispatching customer orders.
The warehouse side of the role is important, but it is not a busy warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping all areas of the business run smoothly.

What You Will Do
Content & Marketing
- Assist with content creation for Instagram and TikTok
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Help plan content calendars and campaigns
- Assist with product launches and promotions
- Monitor content performance and engagement
- Occasionally appear on camera when required
Customer Experience
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
- Assist with order queries and customer support
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Lash Heaven brand
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
eCommerce & Business Support
- Assist with Shopify administration
- Help maintain product information and website content
- Support business processes and documentation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Canva to improve efficiency and content creation
Operations & Fulfilment
- Pick, pack and dispatch daily customer orders
- Receive and organise incoming stock
- Monitor inventory levels
- Help maintain a tidy and organised workspace
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Is organised, dependable and takes pride in their work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Enjoys both creative and practical tasks
- Is confident learning new systems and technology
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is comfortable using social media platforms
- Has an interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or eCommerce brands
- Is based within a reasonable commuting distance of Ruislip
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Canva
- Shopify
- Customer service
- Beauty, retail or eCommerce
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Warehouse, stockroom or fulfilment environments
Who Succeeds in This Role
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities. You won't be micromanaged. We're looking for someone who can manage their own workload, use their initiative, and take pride in getting things done properly.
Reliability is extremely important to us. Our customers depend on us, and we need someone who takes their responsibilities seriously and follows through on commitments.
