- Lesson 1, Find the Cause: read the pattern of loss on a set that has not lasted, and rank the likely causes with evidence.
- Lesson 2, Fix Your Method: set up your adhesive station inside its working range and follow a 12-point appointment checklist.
- Lesson 3, Aftercare and Rebooking: write short, clear aftercare, set a fill window, reply calmly when a client says "my lashes fell out", and keep a retention log.
