I lost the adaptor plug for my glamcor light and accidentally checked out the wrong voltage. I emailed Lash Heaven and they very swiftly responded to say they would switch it for the correct one and send it out as soon as possible. I was really impressed with how easy this was to resolve, because in this day and age where it’s sometimes painfully time-consuming to rectify an order with companies, this was the opposite! Great customer service should be applauded and I am happy to have my light working again.
