Excellent customer service

I lost the adaptor plug for my glamcor light and accidentally checked out the wrong voltage. I emailed Lash Heaven and they very swiftly responded to say they would switch it for the correct one and send it out as soon as possible. I was really impressed with how easy this was to resolve, because in this day and age where it’s sometimes painfully time-consuming to rectify an order with companies, this was the opposite! Great customer service should be applauded and I am happy to have my light working again.

Hi Hannah, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience and that your light is working perfectly again. We’re always here to help. Enjoy your Glamcor light!
