1. Accepting These Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our Products

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes; colours and appearances may vary slightly. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time without notice.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and will notify you promptly if this happens.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, email support@lashheaven.co.uk with your order number. Please refer to our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy for full details, including the hygiene exemption that applies to sealed products.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods are faulty or not as described:

Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund or replacement
After 30 days, within 6 months: we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance

7. Product Use & Safety

Our products are intended for professional and/or personal use as described in the product listings. Always follow the instructions provided. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using adhesives or any product containing chemicals. We accept no liability for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or patch test guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from misuse of our products beyond the extent permitted by law.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Little Beauty Boutique Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
